How to book us for your next event - it's easy

Booking an Act, DJ or Party Equipment Hire for your event is straight-forward - simply follow the steps below:

1.

Call our 0800 EVENTZ free-phone number or email us at events@lightthefusenow.com to check availability for your event - we'll buzz you back within 24 hrs

2. 

Discuss your event with our friendly staff - in most instances a phone-call with establish enough details for a quote

3.

We'll produce a written quote and send to your preferred email address - along with our Booking Form and our T&C's

4.

Complete the Booking Form, scan and return to us for our records

5.

We then produce a draft invoice for the deposit portion of the event fee - normally 50% of the total event fee 

6.

 Pay by Internet Banking, Cheque (posted to our PO Box) or by our new PayPal function for out-of-town clients or overseas clients

7.

 Boom - we're locked for YOUR event.
